Byler Build converted a 4000 sq ft residence into a four unit apartment for me and I was amazed at the efficiency and added value that his team of contractors/ craftsman put into this project. From planning to completion Roy and his group gave us value at every turn by providing updates on material prices during inflationary times to purchasing hacks that reduce the pressure on budgets. Roy did any outstanding job replacing our front porch. However, over the winter a small gap opened between two of the planks. I brought this to Roy’s attention and he made it a point to assess my concerns and then completely replaced the plank. Roy with Byler Build has been nothing short of amazing to work with. I was having a problem with squirrels in my roof, and Roy came out and addressed and fixed the problem immediately. He found the holes they made and took pictures of everything he saw and got right to work. We agreed on a super reasonable price and he had everything patched up within an hour. Roy added some some attic insulation for me as part of a quick 1 day project. He calculated how much insulation would be needed, and handled all the orders and pickup. He was helpful all throughout, and the insulation is already paying off in terms of energy savings (seeing 15% reduction in preliminary data).
